The Genocide Memorial Museum is known as the Place of Learning and Remembrance. This is where 250,000 people that were killed during the Rwanda genocide against the Tusti are buried. The Genocide Memorial combines an ultra modern museum where technology has been incorporated in recreating the stories and suffering that was experienced during the genocide, however the still photos of those that were slain during the genocide are also displayed and this is just more than a tourist attraction but a place where majority of the Rwanda population seek solace as they remember their loved.   • FACTS ABOUT KIGALI CITY

    1. Ideally positioned in the centre of Rwanda, Kigali extends across several hills and valleys, with good road links to the rest of the country. The verdant capital city is pleasantly low key yet dynamic and progressive, with just over one million inhabitants.
